EXTREME MAN 113 MENORCA

 

COMITAS HOTELS COLLABORATES WITH “EXTREME MAN 113 MENORCA”, a triathlon between the sea and the sky.

Club Triatló Marina, in collaboration with the company Win Sports Factory S.L., organizes the 2nd Edition of “EXTREME MAN 113 MENORCA – ILLES BALEARS”, an international triathlon that will take place on September the 25th of 2011, starting at 7:30h at Fornells harbour. The provived distances for the xporting event are 113 km distributed as follows:
- 1.900m of swimming starting and finishing at Fornells
- 90Km cycling with start and finish at Fornells
- 21,1Km running through Fornells

Any athlete born in 1003 or befote is able to participate Man 113 Menorca – Illes Balears regardless of nationality or their ownership of the current federal license. You can participate as:
- Individual
- Relays 2-3 people

There will be cash prizes for the first 5 men and the first 5 women from the final classification.

The Swing 4 Them charity golf tournament has been created in order to raise money for Aspanob; the association of parents of children affected by cancer in the Balearic Islands.

III POPULAR KAYAK MEETING IN MENORCA (28-29/05)

 

Last year edidion brought together 184 participants. The island environment, with a free massive urbanization coast, and the growing demand of this kind of activities in touch with the sea, make this a key event for nautic sports lovers and all those who ant to be initiated in this sport.
It´s not a competition, but an event for the whole family. The only requirements are to be able to swim and the willing of having fun. A guide will be with the participants all the time and will give advice on handling the kayak.
